Scott Gyllenborg is a member of the panel of very experienced federal criminal defense attorneys selected by the judges of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas to represent accused persons under the federal Criminal Justice Act (CJA). Our federal criminal practice is a significant part of our law practice, and we have federal criminal cases pending at nearly all times, both retained and under the CJA.

Scott has represented clients charged with drug crimes, sex crimes, firearm crimes, possession/distribution of child pornography, conspiracy, tax fraud, illegal re-entry into the United States, money laundering, mail fraud, bank robbery, and bank burglary.  The potential sentences have included life imprisonment.  He has also perfected, briefed and argued appeals of federal criminal cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
